聚焦新零售背景下电商专业人才需求紧缺的问题,创新“需求引领、项目主导、标准研制、开放育人”的“浃江在线”培养模式.以“双园·三基地”为载体,联动“浃江在线云”“浃江在线链”“浃江在线库”“浃江在线社”平台,多元协同构建“需求引领、项目主导”的动态教学内容,有效解决教学内容落后的问题;开展“双轮驱动、双元协同”的实践教学项目,有效解决校企合作深度不足的问题;推进“标准研制、资源共享”的开放育人范式,有效凝聚电商专业人才培养合力.
