学校教职工凝聚力的强弱,对办学教研与学校的社会声誉产生着较大影响。受多方面因素影响,教职工日常交流的机会较少,教师间、干群间的疏远不利于校园文化建设。教职工合唱团的发展对教职工的职业道德,艺术素养,以及校园文化建设都具有显著的作用。随着基础教育改革的不断推进与深入,发展教职工合唱团逐渐成为摆在教职工面前一项新的任务,本文围绕教职工合唱团发展的必要性展开探讨,以供广大教育工作同仁借鉴参考。 The strength of cohesion of school faculty exerts a great influence on the teaching and research of schools and the social reputation of schools. Affected by many factors, there are fewer opportunities for faculty and staff to communicate with each other daily, and the isolation between teachers and cadres is not conducive to the building of a campus culture. The development of the staff choir has a significant effect on the staff’s professional ethics, artistic accomplishment, and campus culture. With the constant promotion and deepening of the reform of basic education, the development of the staff choir gradually becomes a new task before the faculty and staff.
