克拉申的第二语言习得理论有两个重要的核心假设:“习得——学习”假设和“输入”假设,对中职院校教学有着一定的借鉴意义,有助于从以下几方面入手改变传统的英语教学模式:分层次因材施教;建立合作学习和任务参与性教学模式;现代信息技术的应用;引入ESP教学模式。
