Asset Backed-Securitization (ABS) is the most important issue of financial innovation in recent years. Compared with the traditional stock financing and bond financing, the asset securitization financing has wider applicability. Asset securitization provides an effective means of financing for those enterprises that are difficult to finance in the capital market according to the traditional standards and those who find it difficult to solve large amounts of accounts receivable. At present, asset securitization has become one of the main forms of capital formation in the United States. In addition, such financing methods have also been widely used in Europe, Asia and other regions. Asset-backed securities have become an important trend in global financial development.
