三角皮带传动的振动出矿机,虽然具有结构简单,加工制作容易等优点,但这类振动机在运行过程中需要经常调整电机的位置来改善皮带松紧情况,如调整不当就会出现打滑、跳槽、断皮带,严重时损坏电机。我们调查研究了国内使用三角皮传动的振动出矿机运行特征,并找出了克服这一缺点的最好办t法。从研究试验中,我们发现采用普通电机、振动器、三角皮带传动的振动出矿机经常处于非正常运行状况(图1)。

From the research and experiment, we found that vibrating miners driven by ordinary motors, vibrators and V-belt conveyors are often in non-normal operation (Figure 1).
