作为一名班主任,在教学过程中会经常遇到违纪的学生。面对这些违纪的学生,往往我们会手足无措,不知道怎样去处理才能起到最好的效果。本文结合自身经验,从四个维度与大家一起探讨这个问题。[维度一]从学生角度:循循善诱,指导归因面对这种违纪的情况,我们班主任首先做的应该是让自己先冷静下来,不去用之前对此学生的“刻板印象”在心中预先评判出事情的对错。
As a teacher in charge of teaching, I often encounter disciplinary students. In the face of these disciplinary students, often we know what to do, do not know how to deal with in order to play the best effect.
