用PHOENICS软件对某型板带式速冻机载货板带运动时的内部通道流场进行了数值计算。分析了板带运动、空气进口速度、流动通道高度、空气入射角对内部流场的影响。研究表明 :正常工况下板带运动对流动通道空气速度分布没有影响 ;空气进口速度和通道高度的选取应该综合考虑空气流速大小 ,流速均匀性 ,流动阻力损失三方面因素 ;最佳空气入射角应该为 0度
PHOENICS software was used to calculate the internal passage flow field of a strip-type freezers conveyor belt. The influence of strip movement, air inlet velocity, flow channel height and air incident angle on internal flow field was analyzed. The results show that the belt movement has no influence on the air velocity distribution of the flow channel under normal working conditions. The selection of the air inlet velocity and the channel height should consider three factors of the air flow velocity, the flow velocity uniformity and the flow resistance loss. The optimum air incidence angle Should be 0 degrees
