常常有人问我院学报属于几级刊物,现将有关情况介绍如下: 科技期刊按内容和性质分为学术类、技术类、情报类和科普类四种,学报属于高级学术性连续刊物,国家有关部门发文时常行文为“高级学术类刊物(包括高等院校学报)”。刊物本身没有等级,只将刊物划分为中央刊物和地方刊物,但这不等于给刊物本身规定级别,刊物质量高低并不取决于它是中央或地方刊物。刊物本身无权威性,要看其论文质量的高低。有些单位统计论文数量或评审职称时要求按刊物级别划分,是不妥的做法。《中国报刊报》记者曾走访中宣部、新闻出版署、国家科委的有关领导,现将他们的看法转载如下,供读者参考。编者 Some people often ask that my college journals belong to several journals, and the relevant information is as follows: The journals of science and technology are divided into four categories: academic, technical, intelligence and popular science according to the content and nature. The journals belong to the advanced academic periodicals and the state Department issued a document often as “senior academic journals (including institutions of higher learning).” The publication itself does not have a grade. It only divides the publication into a central publication and a local publication. However, this does not mean that the publication itself is of a prescribed grade. The quality of the publication does not depend on whether it is a central or local publication. The publication itself is not authoritative, depending on the quality of the paper. Some units of the number of statistical papers or titles required to judge by title grade division is inappropriate.
