我科自1991年5月～1993年2月采用自血光量子疗法配合化疗药物治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤47例,近期疗效满意。现报道如下: 一、临床资料 47例病例中,男34例,女13例,年龄32～74岁,平均54岁;胃癌25例(包括术后复发8例,广泛转移12例);食道癌14例;结肠瘤5例;胰腺癌2例;肝癌1例。47例均经病理确诊。二、治疗方法用光量子血液医疗仪,取患者静脉血200ml加入血卟啉0.1g(首次0.3g),以10个生物剂量的紫外线照射血液,同时充氧,氧流量2～3L/min,
In our department, from May 1991 to February 1993, 47 patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumors were treated with autochemotherapy and chemotherapeutics. The curative effect was satisfactory in the near future. Are reported as follows: First, the clinical data of 47 cases, 34 males and 13 females, aged 32 to 74 years, mean 54 years; gastric cancer in 25 cases (including 8 cases of postoperative recurrence, extensive metastasis in 12 cases); esophageal cancer 14 cases; 5 cases of colon tumor; 2 cases of pancreatic cancer; 1 case of liver cancer. 47 cases were confirmed by pathology.
