家长与学校方面的合作,其前提和基础是学生家长可以和教师进行合理有效的沟通,为构建良好的家园关系打下坚实基础。教师在和学生家长进行沟通时,因为双方教育素养和教育观念的差异性,往往会造成教育方式存在差异。因此,学生在生活习惯亦或是行为表现存在问题之后,学生家长与教师常常会给出不同的观点与应对方式。鉴于此,本文针对教师、家庭以及学生三方合作沟通展开研究,并提出了相应的解决对策,希望能够为教师与学生家长之间的有效沟通带来一定的参考。
The prerequisite and foundation for the cooperation between parents and schools is that parents of students can communicate with teachers reasonably and effectively and lay a solid foundation for building a good home-based relationship. When teachers communicate with their parents, because of differences in their educational attainments and educational concepts, they often cause differences in their educational methods. Therefore, students living habits or behavior after the existence of problems, parents and teachers often give different views and coping styles. In view of this, this paper studies on the cooperation and communication among teachers, families and students, and puts forward corresponding solutions. It hopes to bring some reference for the effective communication between teachers and parents.
