加快经济发展方式转变不仅是实现经济长期平稳较快发展的必由之路,更是推动贫困地区科学发展、跨越发展的必然选择。文章在阐述转变经济发展方式机理的基础上,运用国际关于划分经济发展阶段比较权威的H·钱纳里、库兹涅茨等的研究结论对六盘山集中连片特困地区的典型代表——固原市经济发展阶段及其特征进行定量、定性判定,据此提出转变六盘山集中连片特困区经济发展方式的路径。
