在新时期里,随着各地房地产开发企业大量的涌现出来,给房地产带来很好的发展机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战,做好会计管理工作是企业能够经受住挑战的一种管理方式。从会计工作中财务信息能够综合反映房地产企业的财务情况,对企业的经济活动达到更好的监督,有助于决策者做出正确的决定。本文首先分析了新时期房地产开发企业会计管理的新特点,然后指出会计管理中现存的问题,最后,给出了加强房地产开发企业会计管理工作的建议和措施。
In the new era, with the emergence of a large number of real estate development enterprises in various places, it has brought great opportunities for real estate development as well as great challenges. To do a good job in accounting management is a way of management that enterprises can withstand the challenges . Financial information from the accounting work can comprehensively reflect the financial situation of the real estate business, to better monitor the economic activities of enterprises, to help decision makers make the right decisions. This paper first analyzes the new characteristics of the accounting management of the real estate development enterprises in the new period, and then points out the existing problems in the accounting management. Finally, it gives some suggestions and measures to strengthen the accounting management in the real estate development enterprises.
