所谓人为因素即在人-机-环境这个大系统中,因人的原因造成的系统不协调,这就是人们常说的人为差错。人为差错的发生不仅在人的本身,同时整个人-机-环境都存在导致人为差错的可能。人为因素对航空器维修质量的影响,越来越被维修管理者们重视。如何从宏观和微观上分析人为因素的机理原因、寻求对策是当前亟待解决的问题。人为差错的分类本文主要讨论的是人本身的原因造成的差错,为了分析方便,按差错的主导原因,将其分为如下4种类型。

The classification of human error This article mainly discusses the human error caused by the reasons, in order to facilitate the analysis, according to the leading cause of the error, divided into the following four types.
