为获得橡胶沥青最优的制备工艺参数,设计正交试验,以180℃粘度、软化点和弹性恢复为评价指标,分析橡胶粉类型、橡胶粉掺量、搅拌温度、搅拌时间、增溶剂、接枝酸酐等6因素对橡胶沥青性能的影响。研究结果表明:使用不同来源的胶粉制备橡胶沥青,其各项性能指标有显著的差异;来源相同时,40目胶粉橡胶沥青粘度、软化点大于30目,弹性恢复小于30目;橡胶沥青各项指标均随胶粉掺量的增加、搅拌温度的升高(160~200℃)而增大;增溶剂的添加使橡胶沥青软化点降低,其对粘度和弹性恢复的影响较小;接枝酸酐对各项指标无显著影响。
In order to get the optimal preparation parameters of rubber asphalt, orthogonal test was designed. The viscosity, softening point and elastic recovery at 180 ℃ were used as evaluation indexes to analyze rubber powder type, rubber powder content, stirring temperature, stirring time, solubilizer, Effect of 6 factors such as anhydride on the performance of rubber. The results show that the rubber asphalt prepared from different sources of rubber bitumen has significant differences in performance indexes. The indexes increased with the increase of the content of rubber powder and the increase of stirring temperature (160 ~ 200 ℃). The softening point of rubber asphalt decreased with the addition of solubilizer, which had little effect on the recovery of viscosity and elasticity. Anhydride on the indicators had no significant effect.
