大同第二发电厂电除尘器改造前 ,除尘效率不足 96 % ,烟尘排放浓度大 ,不能满足环境保护和吸风机安全运行的要求。为了提高除尘效率 ,该电厂分别对 1 ,2 ,3,5号炉电除尘器进行了改造。改造时 ,拆除原有电除尘器的阴、阳极系统 ;加高电场并沿烟气流动方向延长电场 ;调宽极距 ,使电除尘器收尘面积增大 ;更新电除尘器控制系统 ;改造原变压器后继续使用。电除尘器改造后 ,电除尘效率大于 99.6 % ,烟尘排放浓度小于 1 0 0mg/m3 ,达到了设计要求
