用乳液聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)毫微粒(Nanoparticles),粒径为150±30nm。本文探讨了干燥方法、电解质、表面活性剂对PMMA毫微粒吸附狼毒乙素的影响。实验证明,冷冻干燥的毫微粒比热空气干燥和未干燥的毫微粒吸附量大;表面活性剂(吐温类)的碳链越长,增加吸附的效果越好;电解质的种类和用量也有明显影响。
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion polymerization with a particle size of 150 ± 30 nm. In this paper, the effects of drying methods, electrolytes and surfactants on the adsorption of PMMA nanoparticulate to Copeptin were discussed. Experiments show that the freeze-dried nanoparticles are much larger than the hot air-dried and non-dried nanoparticles. The longer the carbon chain of the surfactant (Tweens), the better the adsorption. The type and amount of electrolyte are also obvious influences.
