CO主要损害心脏和脑的功能,其毒性作用有如下几种解释:(1)吸入CO后产生COHb引起携O_2能力下降,造成组织缺O_2。(2)CO与肌红蛋白结合影响O_2从毛细血管弥散到线粒体。(3)CO与O_2争夺卟啉蛋白,如CO与细胞色素a_3结合,阻断了电子传递链,延缓了还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的氧化,造成脂肪酸增加。(4)CO溶解于血浆中直接作用于细胞受体。 CO对心血管系统有下列多方面的影响: (一)CO可使心绞痛加重 CO导致心绞痛发作及时间延长,对运动的耐受力明显降低,职业性接触CO

(3) CO and O_2 compete for porphyrin proteins, such as CO and cytochrome a_3 binding, blocking the electron transport chain, delayed the reduction of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide oxidation, resulting in increased fatty acids. (4) CO dissolves in the plasma and acts directly on the cell receptor.
