建筑施工现场管理,是建筑工程项目建设的关键环节,对提升项目施工质量具有十分重要的意义。经过多年来的不断发展,国内在建筑施工现场管理方面已经有了相对完善的管理体系,但是在实际使用中却依然存在各种问题。以当前建筑施工现场管理及质量监督工作开展的情况为基础,结合近年来的工作经验,提出如何提升建筑项目施工现场及质量监督工作效率。
Construction site management is the construction of construction projects in the key links, to enhance the quality of construction projects is of great significance. After years of continuous development, the management system of construction site in China already has a relatively perfect management system, but in practice there are still various problems. Based on the current situation of construction site management and quality supervision, combining with the work experience in recent years, it is proposed how to enhance the construction site construction site and quality supervision efficiency.
