为探讨水泥掺量和钢渣掺量对水泥稳定钢渣碎石混合料击实特性、力学性能的影响规律,本文采用3种水泥剂量(3%、4%、5%)和5种钢渣掺量(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)配制了混合料,并开展重型击实试验和力学性能测试。结果表明,掺入钢渣颗粒后,水稳混合料的最大干密度和最佳含水率增加,在较高水泥掺量下,混合料表现出更好的击实特性。在3%水泥剂量下,钢渣对混合料的力学性能具有一定的负面影响。在4%和5%水泥剂量下,钢渣颗粒的最佳掺量为50%,此时的无侧限抗压强度和间接抗拉强度均呈现较好的发展规律,能够满足规范的要求。
In order to investigate the influence of cement content and slag content on the compaction characteristics and mechanical properties of cement stabilized steel slag aggregate, three kinds of cement dosage (3%, 4%, 5%) and 5 kinds of steel slag dosage 0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) formulated a mixture, and carry out heavy compaction test and mechanical properties test. The results show that the maximum dry density and the optimum moisture content of the water-stable mixture increase with the incorporation of steel slag particles, and the mixture shows better compaction properties at higher cement content. Steel slag has a certain negative effect on the mechanical properties of the mixture at 3% cement dosage. Under the dosage of 4% and 5% cement, the optimal content of steel slag particles is 50%. The unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength show a good rule of development, which can meet the requirements of the specification.
