国内620m~3级高炉技术的经济指标普遍较差。本文初步总结了邯钢620m~3高炉强化冶炼的主要经验,一是精料,二是“精风”。精料的主要措施是生产和使用高碱度烧结矿(碱度为1.4~1.6)。在精料基础上,更换了旧风机,并采用综合鼓风(富氧与喷吹结合,提高风温),使综合冶炼强度提高到1.1,入炉焦比降到500kg以下,利用系数首次突破2.0。本文还分析了冶炼强度、利用系数、焦比三者之间的关系,以及提高冶炼强度必须相应采取的操作制度。
Domestic 620m ~ 3 blast furnace technology is generally poor economic indicators. This paper summarizes the main experience of intensive smelting of Handan Iron and Steel Company 620m ~ 3 blast furnace, one is concentrate, the other is “fine style.” The main measure of concentrate is the production and use of high alkalinity sinter (alkalinity 1.4 ~ 1.6). Based on the concentrate, the old blower was replaced and the integrated blower (oxygen enrichment combined with blower to increase the air temperature) was adopted to increase the comprehensive smelting strength to 1.1 and the coke ratio to 500kg or less. The coefficient of utilization first broke through 2.0. This article also analyzes the relationship between smelting strength, utilization factor and coke ratio, and the operating system that must be taken accordingly to improve the smelting strength.
