转型,是近几年固网运营商发展的主旋律。中国电信集团以“号码百事通”和“商务领航”为切入点,快速推进转型战略的实施,已经取得了阶段性成果。如今,经过准备、启动、推广而进入快速成长期的“号码百事通”和“商务领航”服务,无论是在品牌认知、业务规模,还是经济效益和社会效益方面,都取得了不菲的成绩。中国电信通过转型业务的实施,一方面努力推进中国的信息化建设,提升客户的价值。另一方面,引导企业自身既注重固网直接收益,也考虑利用固网资源,整合互联网和综合服务的增值收益;既注重短期的保存、激增,也注重未来企业根基的构建,走内涵式、效益型增长之路。一年的实践,已经越来越充分地显示出了转型的现实价值和深远意义。
Transformation is the main theme of the development of fixed-line operators in recent years. On the other hand, enterprises should be guided to pay attention not only to the direct benefits of fixed lines, but also to the value-added benefits of using fixed network resources and integrating the Internet and integrated services. They should not only pay attention to the short-term preservation and surge but also lay stress on the foundation of future enterprises, Benefit-based growth path. The year-long practice has demonstrated more and more fully the real value and far-reaching significance of the transition.
