海口市现有外商投资企业1651户,投资总额82.99亿美元,注册资本40.43亿美元。(一)存在的问题1.企业经营仍有不规范情况。如:不按章程和法律法规规定出资、虚假出资的情况;登记事项与实际情况不符;公司董事、监事、经理任期届满后未重新办理备案;无照经营等。2.企业退而不注、吊而不销。有些已经停止生产经营的企业退而不注、吊而不销,而有些企业甚至没有参加年检,却继续从事生产经营。
