大学生就业难已经成为社会热点问题,文章基于SCCT理论研究视角,运用SPSS 11·5软件对相关量表进行统计,分析了不同性别和生源的财经大学生成就目标的差异。最后表明,职业选择时,财经类专业学生的成就目标是学习取向而非成绩取向。
The employment of college students has become a hot issue in society. Based on the SCCT theoretical research perspective, this paper uses the SPSS 11.5 software to count the relevant scales and analyzes the differences in achievement goals of financial college students of different genders and students. Finally, it shows that the career goal of finance and economics majors is learning orientation instead of orientation.
