复合绝缘子酥朽断裂是近年来新出现的一种复合绝缘子异常断裂现象。由2篇论文组成的系列论文旨在将复合绝缘子酥朽断裂作为一类单独的复合绝缘子机械断裂形式进行研究。针对在系列论文的第1篇中提出的酥朽断裂的主要特征和产生机理,该文设计并进行了受潮条件下的电流、放电对玻璃钢芯棒的电蚀试验,在电蚀试验中成功复现了酥朽断裂复合绝缘子玻璃钢芯棒中出现的环氧树脂的降解及劣化现象,验证了潮湿条件下的电蚀过程是导致酥朽断裂芯棒中环氧树脂基体降解的直接原因。基于对现场实际酥朽断裂复合绝缘子的分析以及酥朽断裂的试验模拟结果,文中提出提高玻璃钢芯棒中环氧树脂基体的耐电蚀性能是预防和解决复合绝缘子酥朽断裂的核心思路。对实际运行复合绝缘子的红外检测,是发现潜在的复合绝缘子酥朽断裂事故的有效手段。“,”Decay-Like fracture is a new kind of fracture phenomena of composite insulator occurring in recent year. This two-part article aims to study the Decay-Like fracture of composite insulator as an individual failure type. The principle character and the generation mechanism of Decay-Like fracture are proposed in the first paper of this series, on the basis of the results of first paper, a specific electrical erosion test was designed and performed in damp environment to simulate the principle character of Decay-Like fracture in Lab. In this electrical erosion test, the degradation and deterioration of epoxy resin matrix of Decay-Like fracture are successful reproduction, which verify that the process of electrical erosion under damp environment is the direct reason for degradation and deterioration of epoxy resin matrix of Decay-Like fracture. Based on the experimental analysis of actual Decay-Like fracture composite insulator and the experimental simulation results, the authors propose that the improvement of the electrical erosion resistance of epoxy resins matrix in FRP rod is the key point to prevent and solve the accident of Decay-Like fracture of composite insulator. The infrared temperature measurement of composite insulator in actual service is an effective method to find the potential Decay-Like fracture of composite insulator.
