目的研究放射造影检查中采用优质护理的价值。方法 140例放射科接受造影检查的患者作为研究对象,其中先人院的70例患者设为对照组,后入院的70例患者设为观察组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在检查全过程中给予优质护理,对比分析两组患者的不良反应发生率、心理状况、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.71%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为17.14%,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑发生率为15.71%,明显低于对照组患者的31.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分为(96.9±6.2)分,高于对照组患者的(87.5±5.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射造影检查的护理工作中渗透优质护理有助于提高检查依从性,改善患者的心理状况,并且在构建和谐护患关系上具有积极意义,应得到推广和应用。
Objective To study the value of quality care in radiographic examination. Methods A total of 140 radiosurgery patients undergoing radiographic examinations were enrolled in this study. Seventy patients in the first hospital were treated as control group, and 70 patients in the second hospital were enrolled in the observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine care. The patients in the observation group were given good care during the whole examination. The incidence of adverse reactions, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 17.14%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of anxiety in the observation group was 15.71%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (31.43%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was (96.9 ± 6.2) points, which was higher than that in the control group (87.5 ± 5.7) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Permeating quality nursing care during radiographic examination can improve examination compliance and improve the psychological status of patients, and it has positive significance in building harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and should be popularized and applied.
