教师的专业成长和发展水平,影响着学校和学生的发展。教师在专业成长中想要走得快,可以依靠自身学习去实现,还必须借助于团队搭建的平台和力量。经过一年多的探索与实践,西丽二小以“年级组”为基本研修单位的教师团队,校本研修模式已初见成效,笔者从教师团队研修模式的运行机制、教师团队研修模式的实施方式、教师团队研修模式的实施成效等方面谈了自己的实践和体会。
