本文采用双盲交叉设计研究双氢克尿噻(H)和Felodipine(F)对16例轻至中度原发性高血压病人动脉直径及脉波速度(PWV)的影响。其中男11例,女5例,年龄53±12岁,所有病人均无心、脑、肾损害,无下肢血管闭塞或糖尿病。病人随机分为2组,A组每天服H25～50mg6周。B组服F5～10mg6周,然后两组交换服药6周。在每阶段治疗结束时(最后一次给药前和给药后3h)和在服
In this study, double-blind crossover design was used to study the effects of hydrochlorothiazide (H) and Felodipine (F) on arterial diameter and pulse wave velocity (PWV) in 16 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. Including 11 males and 5 females, aged 53 ± 12 years old, all patients without heart, brain, kidney damage, no lower extremity vascular occlusion or diabetes.
