目的研究武警战士新兵训练过程中心血管功能变化的规律。方法于2007年将受试者分为训练组(新兵连战士),学员1组(技术学院学员)和学员2组(指挥学院学员)。用无创法测训练前、第4、8、12周的心血管功能。结果与学员组比较:①训练组的脉搏速率随着训练时程逐渐减慢,搏出量、心输出量、心脏指数降低,心肌供血率增加、心肌血流需要量减少;而左心能量利用率、心肌耗氧指数、心肌耗氧量的差别无统计学意义。②训练组的平均收缩压、平均舒张压、平均动脉压较低,其他各项指标的差别均不显著。③训练组第12周,微循环半更新时间、微循环平均滞留时间较长。结论军事训练增强了心脏的泵血功能,对血管功能的影响不显著。
Objective To study the changes of cardiovascular function in recruits during armed police soldiers recruits. Methods In 2007, the subjects were divided into training group (recruit soldiers), trainees 1 group (technical college trainees) and trainees 2 groups (command college trainees). The non-invasive method was used to measure cardiovascular function before, 4, 8, 12 weeks. Results Compared with the trainee group, the pulse rate of the training group decreased gradually with the training duration, the stroke volume, the cardiac output, the cardiac index decreased, the myocardial blood supply increased and the myocardial blood flow required decreased. The left ventricular energy utilization Rate, myocardial oxygen consumption index, myocardial oxygen consumption difference was not statistically significant. ② The average systolic blood pressure, mean diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were lower in the training group, while the other indexes were not significantly different. ③ Training group 12 weeks, half the microcirculation update time, microcirculation average residence time longer. Conclusion The military training enhanced the pump function of the heart and had no significant effect on the vascular function.
