现行高中生物教材(必修本)验证“酶是生物催化剂”的实验,笔者认为实验现象与结论不能完全吻合。从实验看,结论只能得到:酶在适宜的温度和其它条件下,能使生物体内的化学反应迅速而顺利地进行。不能证明酶本身不发生变化,是生物催化剂。所以,实验设计还有缺陷,实验必须有证明酶在反应前后不变的重要一环。要证明酶在反应前后不变,即证明酶催化了化学反应后,还能继续完成它所催化的化学反应。本人经过实验探讨,对实验进行了改进和补充,使实验过程环节完善,与结论紧密吻合,
The current High School Biology Textbook (required) verifies the experiment that “Enzymes are biocatalysts”. The author believes that experimental phenomena and conclusions are not completely consistent. From the experiment, the conclusion can only be obtained: under the appropriate temperature and other conditions, the enzyme can make the chemical reaction in the organism proceed quickly and smoothly. Can not prove that the enzyme itself does not change, is a biocatalyst. Therefore, the experimental design is still flawed, and the experiment must have an important link that proves that the enzyme remains unchanged before and after the reaction. To prove that the enzyme does not change before and after the reaction, that is, after the enzyme catalyzes the chemical reaction, it can continue to complete the chemical reaction it catalyzes. I have experimented and explored, improved and supplemented the experiment, perfected the experimental process and closely matched the conclusion.
