目前全局达标工作进一步深化,各单位以实现两个根本性转变为动力,加强企业内部管理,确保安全文明生产,创优质服务,积极推动两个文明建设再上新水平,为创建一流电力企业奠定了良好的基础。1996年全局7个单位获得部级达标企业称号,9个单位获得局级达标企业称号。占应达标单位的70%,比例为:火电100%、水电75%、供电33%。各发供电单位重视达标、创一流工作,主要做了以下几个方面的工作:
