结晶器液位控制精度对于连铸机生产与铸坯质量的稳定具有十分重要的影响。概述了宝钢电炉连铸机两种结晶器液位自动控制方式。在对浇铸全过程数据采集的基础上 ,建立了衡量液位波动程度的四个统计指标 ,就一些设备与工艺操作因素对于液位控制的影响进行了定量分析
Mold level control accuracy for the continuous casting machine production and the stability of the slab has a very important impact. The automatic control mode of two kinds of mold liquid level of Baosteel electric furnace continuous casting machine is summarized. Based on the data collection of the whole process of casting, four statistical indexes to measure the degree of liquid level fluctuation were established, and the influence of some equipment and process operation factors on liquid level control was quantitatively analyzed
