在数学课堂教学中,课堂教学成败与否,课堂效率的高低,不仅依赖于教师的学识水平、语言表达能力、评价艺术等,更重要的在于教师的组织教学能力.组织教学能力的关键是“问题”二字.教师课前应当充分预设每一个教学环节的引领性问题,并根据学生在课堂上不断生成的新问题,调整、重组、灵活机动地组织教学.其中教师的课堂提问尤显重要,它能打开学生求知的天窗,也能使它过早地关闭.现在我就从以下几个方面谈谈数学课堂提问的艺术.
