本文通过多级逆流萃取研究了用正、异戊醇混合物(65%正戊醇,35%异戊醇)和杂醇油从磷矿的盐酸分解液中萃取磷酸的试验。结果说明,用正、异戊醇或杂醇油结果相近。当相比A为1:5时,通过5级逆流萃取即可除去酸解液中99%的铁;再改变相比,使A为2:1,经过12级逆流萃取,酸解液中95%的磷酸萃入有机相。两种萃取液用水反萃后所得稀磷酸中Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、Fe~(3+)等杂质,均附合工业级磷酸的要求。
In this paper, we studied the extraction of phosphoric acid from the hydrochloric acid decomposition solution of phosphate rock by using multi-stage countercurrent extraction with the mixture of n- and isoamyl alcohol (65% n-pentanol, 35% isoamyl alcohol) and fusel oil. The results show that using normal, isoamyl alcohol or fusel oil similar results. When compared to A 1: 5, by 5 countercurrent extraction can be removed 99% of the acid solution of iron; and then change compared to make A is 2: 1, after 12 countercurrent extraction, 95 % Phosphoric acid into the organic phase. The extraction of Ca (2+), Mg ~ (2 +), Fe ~ (3 +) and other impurities in dilute phosphoric acid obtained by the stripping of the two extracts by water is in line with the requirement of industrial grade phosphoric acid.
