规划教育作为城市规划学科发展的主要动力,是历次规划院校大会讨论的重点。就中国来说,从计划经济到市场经济体制的转变,使城市规划的作用及其所涉及的内容也发生了转变。新形势下,城市规划不能仅通过技术手段来分析与解决城市问题,更应通过对城市的政治、经济、文化方面的分析,提出相应的政策、机制来解决城市的建设问题。从发达国家规划教育发展的历程来看,这是规划教育发展的趋势。我国的规划教育在这些方面仍然缺乏
As the main driving force for the development of urban planning discipline, planning education is the focus of discussions in the conventions of planning institutes. In the case of China, the shift from a planned economy to a market economy has also changed the role of urban planning and the content involved. Under the new situation, urban planning can not only analyze and solve urban problems through technical means, but also propose corresponding policies and mechanisms to solve the problems of urban construction through analyzing the political, economic and cultural aspects of the city. From the perspective of the development of planned education in developed countries, this is a trend of planning education. Our planning education is still lacking in these areas
