目的:研究并且总结出临床生化检验常用指标干扰消除脂血的措施。方法:抽取我院内科住院部2014年5月-2016年1月收治高脂血症患者88例为研究对象。所有患者采集空腹静脉血,分别使用低温高速离心法和去离子水稀释法检测生化常规指标,检测结果与未处理样本结果比较,并分析。结果:低温高速离心和去离子水稀释样本后生化指标检测结果显著低于常温高速离心样本检测结果(P<0.05)。结论:低温高速离心法和去离子水稀释法能够有效消除脂血对生化常规指标检测的干扰,可根据临床实际目的进行选择应用。
Objective: To study and summarize the common indicators of clinical biochemical tests interfere with the elimination of lipid-lowering measures. Methods: 88 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were recruited from May 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital inpatient department of internal medicine. Fasting venous blood was collected from all the patients. The routine biochemical tests were performed using low-temperature high-speed centrifugation and deionized water dilution respectively. The results were compared with those of the untreated samples and analyzed. Results: The results of biochemical detection of samples diluted with low temperature, high speed centrifugation and deionized water were significantly lower than those of high speed centrifugal samples at room temperature (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hypothermia high-speed centrifugation and deionized water dilution method can effectively eliminate the interference of lipid-lowering blood on the routine biochemical detection, which can be selected and applied according to the actual clinical purpose.
