随着建筑行业的快速发展,对现有建筑加固改造工作也提出更高的要求。然而实际加固改造中涉及较多如结构可靠性、使用年限确定、技术应用以及改造成本等问题,要求引入相应的改造决策方法,尽可能使加固改造中的问题得以解决,实现加固改造效益最大化目标。本文主要对房屋建筑结构改造的相关概述、综合决策指标以及具体决策应用进行探析。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, higher requirements have also been put forward on the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings. However, there are many problems involved in the actual reinforcement and reconstruction, such as structural reliability, service life, application of technology and cost of reconstruction, etc., and require the introduction of appropriate transformation and decision-making methods to solve the problems in reinforcement and reconstruction as much as possible to maximize the benefits of reinforcement and reconstruction aims. This article mainly analyzes the related summary of the building structural transformation, the comprehensive decision index and the concrete decision-making application.
