正常雌、雄性大鼠各15 只,采用快速循环伏安法分别测定在不同电刺激条件下、刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺的释放量。结果:电刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起的尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺的释放无明显的性别差异而尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺释放量与刺激内侧前脑束的电流强度、脉冲数与脉冲频率明显相关。结果提示:研究电刺激大鼠内侧前脑束引起尾状核壳核复合体多巴胺释放可不考虑性别差异,最适电刺激参数为: 电流强度= 800 μA,刺激脉冲数= 40,刺激脉冲频率=60 Hz
Fifteen normal female and male rats were used to determine the release of dopamine in caudate nucleus-putamen complex by rapid cyclic voltammetry under different electrical stimulation conditions. RESULTS: There was no significant gender difference in the release of dopamine from caudate nucleus-putamen complex induced by electrical stimulation of the medial forebrain bundle. The dopamine release from the caudate nucleus-putamen complex and the current intensity of the medial forebrain bundle, The number of pulses is clearly related to the pulse frequency. The results suggest that the optimal electrical stimulation parameters are: current intensity = 800 μA, stimulation pulse number = 40, stimulation pulse frequency = 60 Hz
