本实验研究用人胆结石植入豚鼠胆囊,制备胆结石的动物模型。金石散、熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)喂饲两个月后结果显示:金石散对肝肾功能无不良影响。金石散溶解胆固醇结石效果略低于 UDCA,但其溶解胆色素效果则高于 UDCA(P<0.05)。实验组的胆汁酸含量非常明显地高于对照组(P<0.01)。急性灌注实验表明,金石散灌注十二指肠,可显著降低胆汁中胆红素、胆固醇及粘液的含量(P<0.05),同时非常显著地升高胆汁酸含量(P<0.01),本文对金石散的溶石作用机制进行了讨论。
In this study, gallstones from guinea pigs were implanted with human gallstones to prepare animal models of gallstones. After Jinshisan and ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) were fed for two months, the results showed that Jinshisan had no adverse effects on liver and kidney function. The effect of dissolving cholesterol stones in Jinshisan was slightly lower than that of UDCA, but the effect of dissolving bile pigment was higher than that of UDCA (P<0.05). The bile acid content of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Acute perfusion experiments showed that Jinshisan perfusion of the duodenum significantly reduced bilirubin, cholesterol, and mucus content in the bile (P<0.05), and significantly increased bile acid content (P<0.01). The dissolution mechanism of Jinshisan is discussed.
