写作技能是语文素养的综合体现,是语文教师必备的一项基本功。语文教师具备良好的写作技能,有利于激发学生的写作兴趣,有利于提高作文教学的效果。目前,教师教育部门对写作技能的关注较少,没有给语文教师提供必要的理论指导和技术支持;因为对写作的认识存在偏差、自觉写作的意识淡薄、同行之间缺少交流等,语文教师的写作技能还相对薄弱。要全面提升语文教师的写作技能,需要语文教师、中小学校和教师教育部门的多方努力与协调配合。
Writing skills is a comprehensive manifestation of Chinese literacy, which is an essential skill of Chinese teachers. Language teachers have good writing skills, is conducive to stimulate student interest in writing, help to improve the teaching effect of composition. At present, teacher education departments pay little attention to writing skills, and do not provide the necessary guidance and technical support for language teachers. Because of the misunderstanding of writing, the weak awareness of conscious writing and the lack of communication among peers, Writing skills are still relatively weak. To comprehensively improve the writing skills of language teachers, we need the concerted efforts and efforts of language teachers, primary and secondary schools and teachers’ education departments.
