目的对某制药公司的利巴韦林建设项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价,以确定其职业病防护设施的效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,通过对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测与分析,对劳动者进行职业健康检查与分析,并结合检查表法和经验法对职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理制度进行综合评价。结果检查表分析显示各项指标均符合要求,主要职业病危害因素检测结果基本符合国家职业卫生标准限值,乙酸酐<4.0 mg/m3,乙酸的CSTEL<8.0 mg/m3,甲醇的CSTEL<1.3~26 mg/m3,氨的CSTEL0.15~2.75 mg/m3,盐酸<0.5~0.88 mg/m3,氢氧化钠<0.02~0.10 mg/m3;8 h等效噪声70.8~86.0 dB(A),WBGT指数26.9~30.3℃。职业健康检查未发现有职业病或疑似职业病患者。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重项目,其职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,能有效保护劳动者的健康。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards of the ribavirin construction project of a pharmaceutical company to determine the effect of its occupational disease prevention facilities. Methods By occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination and analysis were conducted on workers by testing and analyzing the occupational disease hazards in the workplace. The occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health management system were comprehensively evaluated according to checklist and experience method. The results of the checklist analysis showed that all the indexes met the requirements. The test results of major occupational hazards were basically in line with the national occupational health standards, acetic anhydride <4.0 mg / m3, acetic acid CSTEL <8.0 mg / m3, methanol CSTEL <1.3 ~ 26 mg / m3, Ammonia CSTEL 0.15 ~ 2.75 mg / m3, hydrochloric acid 0.5 ~ 0.88 mg / m3, sodium hydroxide 0.02 ~ 0.10 mg / m3, 8 h equivalent noise 70.8 ~ 86.0 dB (A), WBGT Index 26.9 ~ 30.3 ℃. Occupational health examination found no occupational disease or suspected occupational disease. Conclusion This project belongs to the serious project of occupational disease hazards. The occupational disease protection facilities are effective and the management system is implemented, which can effectively protect the health of laborers.
