应用原子吸收分光光度分析法对34例脑梗塞急性期患者脑脊液CSF,及血浆Ca2+、Mg2+的含量进行了测定,同时与正常对照组比较。结果表明,脑梗塞急性期CSF和血浆Ca2+、Mg2+含量较对照组明显降低(P值分别<0.001和<0.05)。因此脑梗塞急性期患者CSF及血浆Ca2+、Mg2+含量降低的,以CSF改变更明显。
The levels of cerebrospinal fluid CSF, plasma Ca2 + and Mg2 + in 34 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and compared with the normal control group. The results showed that the levels of CSF and plasma Ca2 + and Mg2 + in acute stage of cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001 and <0.05, respectively). Therefore, patients with acute cerebral infarction CSF and plasma Ca2 +, Mg2 content decreased to CSF changes more pronounced.
