作者采用２０－甲基胆蒽碘油溶液成功地诱发了大鼠肺癌。本法只需气管内灌注一次，诱癌率为１００％，诱癌时间短。此模型可作为研究人类肺鳞状细胞癌的首选，在药物筛选等研究中发挥作用
The authors successfully induced rat lung cancer with 20-methyl cholesteryl iodide solution. This method requires only one intratracheal instillation, with a cancer induction rate of 100% and a short cancer induction time. This model can be used as the first choice for studying human lung squamous cell carcinoma and play a role in drug screening and other researches.
