课堂教学是一门科学,更是一门艺术。在全国推广素质教育的今天,如何才能使学生学的主动、有兴趣,是摆在每个教师面前亟需解决的问题。学校曾多次组织教师外出学习,到过山东聊城的杜郎口中学,学习过“三三六”自主学习的高效课堂模式:拜访过山东省诸城市龙源学校,他们的“两导”学习模式、小组合作的高效课堂使我更加体会到了素质教育的魅力。正在我为之羡慕、彷徨之时,我校将优秀经验做法与本校的学生实际相结合,优化推出“导学互助”课堂教学模式。不但尊重学生的个性和自主发
Classroom teaching is a science, it is an art.
