全面预算管理作为企业集团管理的一个重要内容,企业集团在其发展过程中已经建立了一套与企业发展相匹配的管理体系,并取得了初步成效。然而,企业集团全面预算管理仍然存在一些问题阻碍了企业的进一步发展,本文简单地分析了当前企业集团全面预算管理的一些问题,并提出了与之对应的解决措施,旨在为企业集团全面预算管理提供参考性意见,从而充分提高企业集团的市场竞争力,让企业集团为带动我国的经济发展做出更大的贡献。
Overall budget management is an important part of the management of an enterprise group. During its development, an enterprise group has established a management system that matches the development of the enterprise and has achieved initial success. However, there still exist some problems in the overall budget management of the enterprise group, which hinders the further development of the enterprise. This article briefly analyzes some problems of the current budget management of the enterprise group and puts forward corresponding solutions to solve the problem.
