目的:研究怡肝颗粒对猪血清所致大鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响。方法:用猪血清致大鼠慢性肝损伤,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(Glb)、唾液酸(SA)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量,观察肝纤维化病变情况,判断怡肝颗粒对大鼠免疫性肝损伤影响。结果:与模型组比,怡肝颗粒中(3.92 g/kg)、高剂量组(5.88 g/kg)ALT、AST活性显著降低,Alb、TP含量明显升高,SA及Hyp含量显著降低。怡肝颗粒中、高剂量组肝纤维化积分结果显示显著低于模型组。结论:怡肝颗粒对猪血清所致大鼠肝损伤、肝纤维化具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of YiGan granules on immune-induced liver injury induced by pig serum in rats. Methods: Chronic liver injury induced by porcine serum was used to measure the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), globulin Glb, sialic acid and hydroxyproline were detected. The pathological changes of liver fibrosis were observed to evaluate the effect of YiGan granules on immune-induced liver injury in rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the activity of ALT and AST in YiGan granules (3.92 g / kg) and high dose group (5.88 g / kg) were significantly decreased, the content of Alb and TP increased obviously and the content of SA and Hyp decreased significantly. Yigan granules, high-dose liver fibrosis score showed significantly lower than the model group. Conclusion: YiGan granules can protect rat liver and liver fibrosis induced by pig serum.
