构件残余应力状态及其尺寸的稳定性是影响构件可靠性的重要因素。本文通过引入频谱谐波振动时效技术分析了其相对于自然时效与热时效的技术特点;分析并讨论了频谱谐波时效技术的基本原理并比较了其与传统亚共振时效技术的区别;通过设计振动时效与热失效消应力效果对比工艺实验,验证了振动时效的消应力效果的有效性。以水轮机机座和转轮室振动时效工艺为例,分析了该技术对大型结构件的工艺特点及有效性。
The residual stress state of components and the stability of their size are the important factors affecting the reliability of components. In this paper, we introduce the technology of spectrum harmonic vibration aging to analyze its technical characteristics relative to natural aging and thermal aging; analyze and discuss the fundamental principle of spectrum harmonic aging technology and compare it with the traditional sub-resonance aging technology; Vibration aging and thermal failure effect of the power compared to the process of experiments to verify the effectiveness of the vibration stress relief effect. Taking the vibration aging process of hydraulic turbine frame and runner chamber as an example, the technological characteristics and effectiveness of the technology on large structure parts are analyzed.
