本文通过对经典城市规划领域的城市,化剂理论的分析,结合实际工程案例,探索和研究既有公共建筑改造在城市发展规域下的多重综合效应。由于传统建筑理论中对于建筑改造的研究和分析部集中于建筑本体范畴,而改造行为本身所产生的附加影响往往是与本体研究同等重要的。本研究将视角着眼于城市层面的目的在于将既有公共建筑改造与城市发展相联系,并张多重综合效应的基础上提出了既有公共建筑改造“AEF”综合效应评价矩阵和评价体系横型,用以改造方案在城市角度的评价和比较分析。
Based on the analysis of city and chemical agent theory in the field of classical urban planning, combined with the actual project cases, this article explores and studies the multiple comprehensive effects of the existing public building renovation under the urban development regulations. Since the research and analysis of architectural transformation in traditional architectural theory focuses on the category of architectural ontology, the additional influence of reconstruction itself is often as important as ontological research. Based on the perspective of the urban level, this study aims to link the existing public building renovation with urban development and proposes a comprehensive evaluation matrix and evaluation system of existing public building renovation and “AEF” based on the multiple comprehensive effects.
