[目的]探索长孢直喙镰孢霉引起的丽江山慈菇鳞茎腐烂病的新型防治方法。[方法]研究了8种金属离子对该病原菌生长的影响,并测定了丽江山慈菇根际土壤和鳞茎中7种金属元素的含量。[结果]当Cu2+和Mg2+浓度大于1.0mg/L时,Zn2+和Ca2+浓度小于0.5mg/L时可显著抑制病原菌生长。丽江山慈菇鳞茎在生长过程中可高度富集K,Zn和Mg,限制吸收Ca和Fe,抑制吸收Cu和Mn。[结论]含Mg元素的微肥可用于防治丽江山慈菇鳞茎腐烂病。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore a new method of prevention and cure of bulb rot of Lijiang mountain mushroom caused by Fusarium longum. [Method] The effects of 8 kinds of metal ions on the growth of this pathogen were studied. The contents of 7 kinds of metal elements in the rhizosphere soil and bulb of Agropyron chinensis were determined. [Result] When the concentration of Cu2 + and Mg2 + was more than 1.0mg / L, the growth of pathogen could be significantly inhibited when the concentration of Zn2 + and Ca2 + was less than 0.5mg / L. Lijiang Mountain mushroom bulbs can be highly enriched in the growth process of K, Zn and Mg, limiting the absorption of Ca and Fe, inhibition of absorption of Cu and Mn. [Conclusion] The microelement containing Mg could be used to control the rotten diseases of Agrocybe aegerita in Lijiang Mountain.
