目的对1株来源于浙江东极岛海域沉积物的海洋真菌Aspergillusversicolor进行表观遗传试剂2-hexyl-4-pentynoic acid诱导并研究其次级代谢产物。方法采用溶剂萃取、柱层析色谱及制备色谱等方法对化合物进行分离纯化,通过LC-MS和NMR等方法进行结构鉴定,采用滤纸片扩散法测定抗菌活性。结果在表观遗传试剂2-hexyl-4-pentynoic acid诱导下,从Aspergillus versicolor分离得到3个化合物,经结构鉴定为弯孢霉菌毒素(1)、cyclo-(L-Trp-L-Phe)(2)和diorcinol(3)。
OBJECTIVE To induce the 2-hexyl-4-pentynoic acid as an epigenetic reagent and investigate the secondary metabolites of one marine fungus, Aspergillus versicolor, derived from the sediments of the Dongji Island in Zhejiang Province. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction, column chromatography and preparative chromatography. Their structures were identified by LC-MS and NMR. The antibacterial activity was determined by the filter paper diffusion method. Results Three compounds were isolated from Aspergillus versicolor under the induction of epigenetic reagent 2-hexyl-4-pentynoic acid and identified as Curculigo toxin (1), cyclo- (L-Trp-L-Phe) 2) and diorcinol (3).
