我院全体职工在党的总路线和毛泽东思想的光辉照耀下,在厅党组和机关党委的直接领导下,为了提前超额完成全年的设计任务,积极向应了省委提出的向“四化”大进军的号召,迅速掀起了一个轰轰烈烈的技术革新和技术革命运动的新高潮。仅十五天的时间,就基本实现了党总支提出的关于“计算电气化、图表化,设计定型化,常用资料手册化、配套化,制图通用化、活版化,工具先进化,文件规格化,作业流水化,晒图显影半自动化”的“八化”要求,从而打破了设计方法上的陈规旧例,取得了设计方法大革命的辉煌胜利。

The development of semi-automation of the blueprints and the requirement of “eight changes” in order to break the old conventions of design methods and achieved a brilliant victory in the design method revolution.
